Use to
Our products are widely used in the coating of different conductors with circular, rectangular, and some special structural cross-sections. The product is suitable for traditional hot air exchange enameling machines and hot air circulation enameling machines, including horizontal and vertical ovens. At the same time, our products are also suitable for micro single head enameling machines, various multi head enameling machines, and wire drawing and collection integrated equipment (vertical and horizontal). The product contains different solid contents and viscosities, suitable for use in felt or mold enameled wire equipment.
The Polyurethane insulation resin has the characteristics of good soldering performance. Compared with polyurethane materials of the same level, it has better soldering, fewer defects in salt water pinhole testing, and a wider range of process applications.
The Polyester insulation resin has the characteristics of good adhesion to various conductors such as copper and aluminum wires, suitable for use in large wire sizes, and excellent flexibility.
The Polyester-imide insulation resin has excellent mechanical, chemical, electrical, and thermal properties.
The Polyamide-imide insulation resin, as an outer coating of composite coatings, has excellent mechanical and chemical resistance properties. When used as a single coating, it has significant high heat resistance and scratch resistance. As a primer, it can significantly improve adhesion.
The Polyvinyformal resin has excellent water resistance and is widely used in oil immersed transformers or similar applications.
The self-Bonding resin has the characteristics of hot melt self-adhesion, low starting temperature, and good bonding strength.
